PrimeSmile premium dental clinic opened in 2008 in a restored 1908 heritage building, four minutes from the Tverskaya metro station. Twenty-four doctors, eleven of whom hold PhDs in medical sciences.

When we opened, Moscow already had over two thousand dental clinics. The idea was simple: bring together doctors who treat patients the way they would treat their own family. No pressure, no "today-only deals", no referrals to ten different specialists across town.
Over seventeen years that grew into a team of twenty-four doctors and four assistants. We have eight operatories, a dedicated pediatric wing, an in-house dental lab, iTero digital scanning, and a Zeiss OPMI microscope in every treatment room.
Every procedure begins only after written consent with a detailed estimate. Any change to the plan requires your approval again. Warranties are spelled out in the contract: up to 7 years for implants, 5 for E.max veneers, 2 for therapy.
Clinical data is published annually — implant survival rates, average restoration lifespan, redo counts. Transparently, because we have nothing to hide.

The final plan is prepared after a CT scan and exam. Any changes require your written consent.
